GBHave parked here two times... Have parked here two times, reserving online in advance both times. Once with no issues, shuttle came fairly quickly. The other, I waited for over 20-25 minutes with no shuttle arriving to get me to LAX. Given I was close to missing a flight, I debated taking an uber/lyft. I called the operator who told me a shuttle would arrive in under 5 minutes, so I waited...another 10 minutes...before one arrived. Given the lovely LAX traffic loop, I ended up leaving the shuttle at the first terminal and running illegally through roads meant only for cars in order to get to my terminal faster. Not fun. Also - how are these parking spaces so laughably small?? NO ONE parks within the lines.

GBParking lot was almost full Parking lot was almost full. I had to drive to the last level to find parking spot even though my reservation had been paid off the previous week. You should have some reserved spots on the first 2 floors for pre-paid reservation customers.

GBNo Parking Spaces Left The 3 star rating is due to the difficulty I had locating a parking space. I drove the entire parking structure and managed to find a space because an airport worker could not remember where he parked. He rode with me until his car was located and I parked in his space. I had no other issues. The shuttle arrived shortly after I called around 10:30pm. Lighting was good and elevator worked this time.

GBcharged for 3 days for 30 hours Add on after the review was posted: Manger Ray reviewed the facts and agreed with me to refund the additional charges. Also said he was going to work with his IT group to adjust charging logic in their system. I appreciate his quick review and correction. I was clearly charged for 2 days. The fine print states that Airport Center?s rates and fees are charged on a daily basis. When your travel goes into the next day, you are charged another full day. Your credit card will be charged in full when you confirm your reservation. No refund will be issued for unused days. I was charged for 2 days, when I was going to be there for 1 day and 4 hours. My flight was delayed I was 2 hours past the 4 hours that I paid for the second day. So I was there for 1 day and 6 hours (approximately) and they charged me for a third day to get out of the lot. Let me be clear, it say NOWHERE on their paperwork or fine print that if you are charged a second day and say you are only going to use a couple hours of that, but it goes over what you think it will be, you will be charged a whole extra day. They do not work with customers to show them where this is written or make things right. I will never park here again and think you should not either.

GBTerrible garage Customer service was great, but the facility itself was terrible. The parking spaces were all too narrow so that most cars were parked taking over 2 spaces. It took almost 15 minutes of driving up and down the aisles before I managed to squeeze my car into a spot. When I returned from my trip the elevators were out of order, so I had to lug my suitcase up the stairs to the top floor of the garage. 2 stars only because it was so close to the airport and the drivers and gate attendant were very friendly.
