Not understanding of the situation, where if my flight was late has nothing to do with me picking up the car late and in turn charged me extra money. I don't even have time to begin the bad vibes he gave me. I have no control of the weather so why should I pay extra for mother nature or the pilot's fault?!

GBNEVER AGAIN NEVER AGAIN! We arrived at LAX, Terminal 7. Shuttles didn‘t even stop, because they were full already. We had to wait 45 minutes and call 3 times until they would finally ask another company for help.

GBDone with Joe’s Everything was great! Service with most everyone was wonderful except one. The Casier was rude to me right off the batt. She had an opportunity to fix that behavior and chose not to. I will NEVER USE Joe’s Parkinf Ever again and go out of my way to recommend against it. Thanks.

GBOver charging clients I pre-paid for 10 days, when I returned from my trip and scanned my document the unattended exit gate said I was over by 2 hours and had to pay the additional charges to get out. In reality I still had 9 hours remaining on the 10th day. When I pre-paid I did not pay for 9 days and 13 hours I paid for a full 10 days. Once I got out of the garage I went to the attendant and explained to her the situation. She said she couldn’t help me. I asked to talk to her manager and she gave me a business card. I called Thomas Evans direct phone # and wouldn’t you know it the phone # was disconnected. Be careful, Joe’s is trying to double charge you and most people aren’t paying attention to this scam. I disputed my cc charge. Filed a complaint with BBB and California attorney general. Beware of this scam.
