They claim its covered packing but… They claim its covered packing but every covered parking spot was full. We had to park on the exposed roof for 10 days. They have cars parked behind cars everywhere throughout the garage making it difficult to maneuver through the garage. I will never park here again. As far as I am concerned they should be sued for false advertising.

Waited 25 minuets to be picked up by… Waited 25 minuets to be picked up by the shuttle bus. Driver told several people we didn’t go to the hotel next door. He then picked up an entire family to take to the same hotel. Left everyone on the bus while he went to get them a bellboy. Finally got to the parking garage and they could not find our car. Took another 15 minuets to get our car. Not a good experience at all.

Thefts happen regularly Close to the airport and seemed safe enough. Be prepared to find your catalytic converter stolen upon return from your trip. When reported, the employee stated that these thefts occur many times a month. They have no liability. Look for a different parking area!

It’s close and fine… I use this parking lot often and it’s been fine, the van doesn’t come around as often as other lots at the airport but they get you to the airport fast and everyone working there is pleasant. But, saying that... during the holidays 2017 it was madness. there was no place to park even with a reservation. Thankfully another customer circling too called the desk and was given directions to other spaces, but there should have been people directing cars to open spaces. It was needlessly stressful.

That guy Santos is very rude That guy Santos is very rude. Not understanding of the situation, where if my flight was late has nothing to do with me picking up the car late and in turn charged me extra money. I don't even have time to begin the bad vibes he gave me. I have no control of the weather so why should I pay extra for mother nature or the pilot's fault?!
