GBNEVER AGAIN NEVER AGAIN! We arrived at LAX, Terminal 7. Shuttles didn‘t even stop, because they were full already. We had to wait 45 minutes and call 3 times until they would finally ask another company for help.

GBThefts happen regularly Close to the airport and seemed safe enough. Be prepared to find your catalytic converter stolen upon return from your trip. When reported, the employee stated that these thefts occur many times a month. They have no liability. Look for a different parking area!

GBI will be SUEING I will be SUEING ! Joes airport parking in Los Angeles Hot my car because he decided to cut in front of me & didn’t even make sure he had enough space no signal on or anything he hit my car & still continue to go knowing he had hit me instead of stopping he kept hitting it with my 11 month old baby inside !!! This men is who hit me & my 11 month old baby !!! Who was screaming crying as we got hit

GBI have contacted Joes multiple times… I have contacted Joes multiple times for problems wiht my account. (I have left voicemails for customer service and spoken to employees at the front desk multiple times) I am not able to retrieve my account on line and i have 3 reciepts that were not applied to my account to earn points. The ladies at the front desk have been incredibly non-helpful and no one from the main office has returned my calls. I travel frequently and am astounded by Joe's lack of regard and failure to even attempt to find a solution. I have tried creating a new account on line and the online system NEVER takes any of my credit cards. I have tried at least 10 times to create new accounts both on my computer with my information and on my husbands wiht his.
