GBI have contacted Joes multiple times… I have contacted Joes multiple times for problems wiht my account. (I have left voicemails for customer service and spoken to employees at the front desk multiple times) I am not able to retrieve my account on line and i have 3 reciepts that were not applied to my account to earn points. The ladies at the front desk have been incredibly non-helpful and no one from the main office has returned my calls. I travel frequently and am astounded by Joe's lack of regard and failure to even attempt to find a solution. I have tried creating a new account on line and the online system NEVER takes any of my credit cards. I have tried at least 10 times to create new accounts both on my computer with my information and on my husbands wiht his.

GBLet departures out on arrival level. Major inconvenience! Valet parking our car was good. However, the transportation bus to airport was performing departures and arrivals at the same time. We (and others) were let outside the luggage carousels - bottom level. My husband had major back surgery 2 months before and I am handicapped. It was quite difficult and time consuming getting to United’s check in. Upon our return, we were picked up promptly. Checking out at Joe’s parking was easy.

GBConvenient, fast, close, good prices. Highly recommended. Convenient, close, lots of shuttles, quick service, no complaints. Have been using Joe's for three years now, and their service continues to improve, like increased shuttles. Prices are reasonable. I've used others over the years and have had issues - never with Joe's. Would highly recommend.

GBThe rewards/frequent park program seems… The rewards/frequent park program seems to have gone away. Called numerous times to get updates with no luck. Online reservations was not working, employees redirect to a different website. I used to love your services, including valet and car wash, all that has stopped as well.

GBThat guy Santos is very rude That guy Santos is very rude. Not understanding of the situation, where if my flight was late has nothing to do with me picking up the car late and in turn charged me extra money. I don't even have time to begin the bad vibes he gave me. I have no control of the weather so why should I pay extra for mother nature or the pilot's fault?!
