I was misled about the parking time of… I was misled about the parking time of the ticket. They don’t respond to my complaint. Total silence.

I have contacted Joes multiple times… I have contacted Joes multiple times for problems wiht my account. (I have left voicemails for customer service and spoken to employees at the front desk multiple times) I am not able to retrieve my account on line and i have 3 reciepts that were not applied to my account to earn points. The ladies at the front desk have been incredibly non-helpful and no one from the main office has returned my calls. I travel frequently and am astounded by Joe's lack of regard and failure to even attempt to find a solution. I have tried creating a new account on line and the online system NEVER takes any of my credit cards. I have tried at least 10 times to create new accounts both on my computer with my information and on my husbands wiht his.

Joes airport parking in Los Angeles Hot my car because he decided to cut in front of me & didn’t even make sure he had enough space no signal on or anything he hit my car & still continue to go knowing he had hit me instead of stopping he kept hitting it with my 11 month old baby inside !!! This men is who hit me & my 11 month old baby !!! Who was screaming crying as we got hit

You change your process continually. You change your process continually. You have "sold" all the spots on the lower levels to others - so if you're buying daily parking you're pretty much guaranteed driving to the very top level. Your driver's are the roughest riders ever imagined. They don't need to jam the accelerator and then slam on the brakes at every stop.

I am a regular client and book… I am a regular client and book reservations online. For the past month I have made reservations online in order to get the discounted rate and use my points. I can no longer do this on the website and it forces me to pay full price for parking and not earn points. I called to try and make reservations over the phone and they stated they could not do that I would have to use the website.
