GBGusto Is The Best! Gusto is my hero! I see so many bad reviews on the website about this software. Say whatever you want but Gusto is literally saved my life! I previously used a QuickBooks Online Payroll and at the time that I should have to do the payroll they put my account on hold. I found Gusto at the very last minute and decided to use the service. So far Gusto is way more easy compare to QuickBooks and they have a reasonable subscription fees. Thank you Gusto and team!

GBStartups AVOID Gusto - TRUST the reviews on this one Gusto has changed. DON'T use Gusto. Even if you received a recommendation of Gusto. I USED to recommend Gusto to everyone. That's why I blindly signed up again in 2024. DON'T do it. Their platform and Customer Service is NOT functioning anymore. Don't put your business through what mine went through. Customer service will run you around in circles, postpone the calls, put you on hold constantly, and create NUMEROUS tickets for the same issue - again and again and again. Something has gone wrong in Gusto. Stay way!

GBWorst Customer Service Ever We selected Gusto because they had built in integration with our accounting software. Generally I have liked the product, but their customer service is among the worst of any company I have ever dealt with. We do not have an assigned account rep. If you have an ongoing issue, you have to deal with a different person each time. They have regularly disabled chat support. My theory is that they have grown too quickly and their infrastructure has not kept up. You cannot email or call anyone there directly. We are in the process of looking for a new provider who actually appears to value their customers.

GBGusto sucks Gusto sucks. I’ve use d them for years and each year the service gets worse. Customer Service is gone to hell in a handbag. They only have offshore customer service agents who are incapable of helping. And none of their other customer service channels work. Their payroll reports ate now the worst in the industry. Gusto is just a complete waste of time. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and use anybody except gusto.
