The worst customer service The worst customer service! No reports available, no detail, there was paperwork that needed to be signed but no alert sent. Chat is always down, every email takes days and has a standard "This is a high volume time." Well, every day is a high volume day for me as well, that is why I am paying for a service. I am going to happily open my wallet and go with an established payroll company. BTW I have a micro business, I can't imagine the nightmare created if I had a large business.

Extremely frustrating experience with… Extremely frustrating experience with Gusto benefits. I've called several times, had to keep explaining the same issue several times. They keep coming back with half answers over email, and the next time I call it's a new agent and repeat full cycle. Benefits department was clueless on questions on benefits after employee is offboarded. Tried transferring to a different department even though I asked to be placed on the call back list. For someone managing several responsibilities, Gusto has wasted so much of my time.

Clunky, Inefficient Time Drain We will never use FSA again due to poor experience with this company. All our clinics hated them, because they always denied forms for vague reasons although other companies never had issues. Eventually, we gave up using our funds altogether because everything was either rejected (including ordered by doctor) or took so much time to document that it wasn't worth any pre-tax savings. Im sure they keep a lot of money with this approach. Employers: Look out for your employees and look elsewhere for FSA and payroll.

Startups AVOID Gusto - TRUST the reviews on this one Gusto has changed. DON'T use Gusto. Even if you received a recommendation of Gusto. I USED to recommend Gusto to everyone. That's why I blindly signed up again in 2024. DON'T do it. Their platform and Customer Service is NOT functioning anymore. Don't put your business through what mine went through. Customer service will run you around in circles, postpone the calls, put you on hold constantly, and create NUMEROUS tickets for the same issue - again and again and again. Something has gone wrong in Gusto. Stay way!

something fishy … opened our dinner for tonight the packaging explains carefully sourced for gusto, packing does not indicate source , why are they shy to say , I suspect it’s from a far east fish farm. I have image of packaging
