GBWorst Customer Service Ever We selected Gusto because they had built in integration with our accounting software. Generally I have liked the product, but their customer service is among the worst of any company I have ever dealt with. We do not have an assigned account rep. If you have an ongoing issue, you have to deal with a different person each time. They have regularly disabled chat support. My theory is that they have grown too quickly and their infrastructure has not kept up. You cannot email or call anyone there directly. We are in the process of looking for a new provider who actually appears to value their customers.

GBClunky, Inefficient Time Drain We will never use FSA again due to poor experience with this company. All our clinics hated them, because they always denied forms for vague reasons although other companies never had issues. Eventually, we gave up using our funds altogether because everything was either rejected (including ordered by doctor) or took so much time to document that it wasn't worth any pre-tax savings. Im sure they keep a lot of money with this approach. Employers: Look out for your employees and look elsewhere for FSA and payroll.

GBGusto Is The Best! Gusto is my hero! I see so many bad reviews on the website about this software. Say whatever you want but Gusto is literally saved my life! I previously used a QuickBooks Online Payroll and at the time that I should have to do the payroll they put my account on hold. I found Gusto at the very last minute and decided to use the service. So far Gusto is way more easy compare to QuickBooks and they have a reasonable subscription fees. Thank you Gusto and team!

GBAll of the five star reviews you see… All of the five star reviews you see for this company are actually advertising based. They have actually paid for these reviews. This site allows you to provide an honest review. As a CEO and owner of my company I switched from a small local payroll company to Gusto in January and it has been nothing but absolute misery. The customer service is horrible. Nobody knows who is doing what and you cannot reach a live person to save your life. They are condescending and rude and delay in their responses. we are clearly going to make a change but too many changes and payroll causes big problems with 941 and tax so we are going to have to be stuck with them for a little while. I cannot tell people enough to steer clear of this company.
