If I could give no stars that would be… If I could give no stars that would be more accurate. After a month of constant issues with their system not able to pull payroll from my bank account, it ended up where I had to wire them money which cost me an additional $25 NOT to use their services. On top of that dealing with the problems required a ton of time. Bottom line, it was a nightmare! Do yourself a favor and use ADP.

Clunky, Inefficient Time Drain We will never use FSA again due to poor experience with this company. All our clinics hated them, because they always denied forms for vague reasons although other companies never had issues. Eventually, we gave up using our funds altogether because everything was either rejected (including ordered by doctor) or took so much time to document that it wasn't worth any pre-tax savings. Im sure they keep a lot of money with this approach. Employers: Look out for your employees and look elsewhere for FSA and payroll.

If I could leave a zero star review I… If I could leave a zero star review I would customer service what customer service i have had 3 lots of money taken In the last week totalling £180 trying to talk to customer service and they cut me off and I still had not got a proper answer about this very unhappy will be cancelling my gousto

Gusto Is The Best! Gusto is my hero! I see so many bad reviews on the website about this software. Say whatever you want but Gusto is literally saved my life! I previously used a QuickBooks Online Payroll and at the time that I should have to do the payroll they put my account on hold. I found Gusto at the very last minute and decided to use the service. So far Gusto is way more easy compare to QuickBooks and they have a reasonable subscription fees. Thank you Gusto and team!

Gusto Wallet is awesome Gusto Wallet has totally accelerated my financial health. I get a detailed visual breakdown of each paystub and can easily adjust my withholding within the mobile app. The spending accounts interest rates are the best I've seen, and their mobile app frontend design is excellent- important info up front and easy to navigate to detailed info. 100% recommend
