GBGusto sucks Gusto sucks. I’ve use d them for years and each year the service gets worse. Customer Service is gone to hell in a handbag. They only have offshore customer service agents who are incapable of helping. And none of their other customer service channels work. Their payroll reports ate now the worst in the industry. Gusto is just a complete waste of time. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and use anybody except gusto.

GBIf I could give no stars that would be… If I could give no stars that would be more accurate. After a month of constant issues with their system not able to pull payroll from my bank account, it ended up where I had to wire them money which cost me an additional $25 NOT to use their services. On top of that dealing with the problems required a ton of time. Bottom line, it was a nightmare! Do yourself a favor and use ADP.

GBI have spoken to their customer support… I have spoken to their customer support 10 times about an issue. Every time they send me the same robot response but never read what I am asking. They say they have paid a late fee because they paid the government late. Yet when I call the IRS they say this hasn't been paid. Every attempt to ask for confirmation I just get a robot response that this has already been paid. Now talking today to another customer support team member today they said the payment was made on April 8th, but it isn't the same amount as what was due. So why all these previous emails saying they paid the bill back in February and why isn't the amount the same as the amount that's due. Of course I'll need to followup with the IRS and be put on hold for hours to confirm this. So much time wasted dealing with this issue. Such terrible customer support with the Tax specialist on their team. Even the customer support person I talked to said they couldn't get through to them and that it's annoying.

AUHiring via Gusto far superior to EoR providers After a horrible experience with an Employer of Record, we concluded that it couldn't be any worse for us to manage the hiring of a US based employee ourselves. We had a US based company already, so decided to use Gusto to manage the rest. Super easy onboarding, manages health insurance, 401K, payroll and registration processes. I'm impressed. Yes more do do that an EoR, but at least we don't have to deal with their errors and their "attitude". Oh and also its $40 a month not $400++++
