USExtremely frustrating experience with… Extremely frustrating experience with Gusto benefits. I've called several times, had to keep explaining the same issue several times. They keep coming back with half answers over email, and the next time I call it's a new agent and repeat full cycle. Benefits department was clueless on questions on benefits after employee is offboarded. Tried transferring to a different department even though I asked to be placed on the call back list. For someone managing several responsibilities, Gusto has wasted so much of my time.

USClunky, Inefficient Time Drain We will never use FSA again due to poor experience with this company. All our clinics hated them, because they always denied forms for vague reasons although other companies never had issues. Eventually, we gave up using our funds altogether because everything was either rejected (including ordered by doctor) or took so much time to document that it wasn't worth any pre-tax savings. Im sure they keep a lot of money with this approach. Employers: Look out for your employees and look elsewhere for FSA and payroll.

USGusto Wallet is awesome Gusto Wallet has totally accelerated my financial health. I get a detailed visual breakdown of each paystub and can easily adjust my withholding within the mobile app. The spending accounts interest rates are the best I've seen, and their mobile app frontend design is excellent- important info up front and easy to navigate to detailed info. 100% recommend

GBsomething fishy … opened our dinner for tonight the packaging explains carefully sourced for gusto, packing does not indicate source , why are they shy to say , I suspect it’s from a far east fish farm. I have image of packaging

USI absolutely ADORE Gusto I absolutely ADORE Gusto! It is SO easy to use - extremely intuitive, and if you can't figure something out, their customer service people are responsive and right there willing to help. They have made this process SO much easier than it used to be for us, and I wish I would've switched to them long before now!
