Amazing Experience I called pretty upset yesterday due to a different company and the run around they’ve been giving me, I spoke with Hamilton at Intoxalock. He was professional, helpful, honest, and thorough. He went above and beyond to help me during a super stressful time and made my experience so much easier. This man is amazing! He followed up with me today, scheduled an appointment for me to remove my previous device and get my new one installed. Thank you Hamilton for your outstanding customer service and being so empathetic to my situation.

I had a recent dispute with the company… Edit to previous: A supervisor was kind enough to reach out to me and resolved and satisfactorily resolved my issue after escalation. I had a recent dispute with the company regarding a lock out due to what they claim were missed sample requests. I am currently being charged an expensive lock out fee that I don’t feel responsible for. First customer service rep hung up on me while I was stating my case. Waiting to hear from a supervisor to see about waiving the fee that I should not be responsible for. Company puts revenue over sobriety.

So far so good! Anthony Falchi has been so much fun to work with to set up my install So far so good! I had spoken with Tod Shook for services in NC and he was helpful and nice and now am working with Anthony Falchi to set everything in. He has been amazing and made the whole process easy and fun even with my difficult schedule! I was curious and looked through the 1-star reports though, so despite how pleased I am with Anthony setting up my installation, I'm a little nervous about the rest of the year now, lol. Hopefully those were just from other states though, and NC facilities are some of why you all get so many 4 and 5-stars! I understand that there are many operating facilities in several states :) So I'll give it a try!

Karlson was one of the best company… Karlson ( I hope I spelled her name right) was one of the best company representatives that I have ever dealt with and I’m 62 years old . She was very , articulate , efficient, informative and a great sense of humor. I can’t say enough good things about your employee. Give her a raise and a promotion. You’ll be glad you did. 10 stars for sure.😊
