GBI had a recent dispute with the company… Edit to previous: A supervisor was kind enough to reach out to me and resolved and satisfactorily resolved my issue after escalation. I had a recent dispute with the company regarding a lock out due to what they claim were missed sample requests. I am currently being charged an expensive lock out fee that I don’t feel responsible for. First customer service rep hung up on me while I was stating my case. Waiting to hear from a supervisor to see about waiving the fee that I should not be responsible for. Company puts revenue over sobriety.

GBLiars, crooks The sales associate Adam Eckland was a smooth talker of course he was knowledgeable, professional and patient.But, he lied to me telling me my first payment of 54$ wouldn't be due until 2 weeks after the installation. However, the very next day I had an "overdue balance" of $150...say what ?? He lied and didn't tell me about their installation fee..then he said I could get a hold of him directly through his extension but, I tried the number over and over again...don't like how they ask you for a credit card over the phone almost immediately to pay the $30 fee "to move forward" made me a little uneasy.

GBJojo was very helpful and supportive… Jojo was very helpful and supportive during my service with her! She didn’t fail to mention useful information to help me with my process. She guided me thoroughly and I felt confident working with her.

GBI spoke with their customer service I spoke with their customer service, and they were not helpful at all. Explained couple times on my device was malfunctioning. I got a violation because I had arrived home and was ready to unplug it and bring my device home, but as I unplugged it I got a retest signal and the device was tripping. The day after I went to plug my device and I got a Violation and all sorts of beeping. Explained to the customer service the issue on that system and she tried charging me for that and putting on my bill. I’m very upset with IntoxaLock, they’re supposed to be helping me out.
