He followed up and made sure any questions I had were answered. Not only that, he also helped in coming up with questions to ask the competition. After all that, he did everything in his power to make sure I got a better deal than any other offer I had received. Liars, crooks The sales associate Adam Eckland was a smooth talker of course he was knowledgeable, professional and patient.But, he lied to me telling me my first payment of 54$ wouldn't be due until 2 weeks after the installation. However, the very next day I had an "overdue balance" of $150...say what ?? He lied and didn't tell me about their installation fee..then he said I could get a hold of him directly through his extension but, I tried the number over and over again...don't like how they ask you for a credit card over the phone almost immediately to pay the $30 fee "to move forward" made me a little uneasy.

Called in for a quote and ended up just… Called in for a quote and ended up just doing everything right away. Anthony was VERY informative and professional. Had answers for every question I had and after a few minutes I realized I wasn’t going to get a better price or deal for everything included. Wasn’t going to find better customer service either. I was shopping for new insurance with SR22 and he referred me to their sister company who came in almost $100 a month cheaper than the lowest I found so I killed two birds w one stone with him. Anthony made this process so easy for me. Highly recommend.
