He followed up and made sure any questions I had were answered. Not only that, he also helped in coming up with questions to ask the competition. After all that, he did everything in his power to make sure I got a better deal than any other offer I had received. He made the terrible decision i put my self in, so easy to deal with as far as the set up goes. He helped me get an appointment on a day that fit my busy schedule and got me a discount along with it. I spoke with their customer service I spoke with their customer service, and they were not helpful at all. Explained couple times on my device was malfunctioning. I got a violation because I had arrived home and was ready to unplug it and bring my device home, but as I unplugged it I got a retest signal and the device was tripping. The day after I went to plug my device and I got a Violation and all sorts of beeping. Explained to the customer service the issue on that system and she tried charging me for that and putting on my bill. I’m very upset with IntoxaLock, they’re supposed to be helping me out.
