What a fantastic experience!! What a fantastic experience!!! The guys here at the New Milford, CT Mavis location are really great! They did exactly what was needed and never wanted to add any other service that wasn’t needed, the price was way better than my dealer would have charged, but what a nice personable group!!! Thanks Guys For Everything I’ll be back for sure!!!!

May 1 Our bill was larger than expected but your manager Chris couldn’t have been more helpful explaining everything and helping us out. He is a very pleasant, kind and efficient person and you are fortunate to have such a good , hard working employee. On the downside, our car was kept for over a week before the work was completed. Apparently the shop gets only a weekly parts delivery and that slowed down the process considerably. Some of the wrong parts were sent and needed to be exchanged. There should be a mechanism in place for urgently needed parts to exchanged and delivered.

Earned my trust Without going into details, I came in at 1:00 pm for a NYS inspection and didn’t leave till just after 6:00 pm. Nick was the architect for making this difficult experience a trust building exercise and Kevin was the force that made it happen. They work hard and they’ve earned my respect and my repeat business. I couldn’t disagree more with Chad ( previous reviewer) regarding Kevin.

Totally honest and great people to deal with. Highly recommend them and will only have them work on my cars. Great Job guys and thank you so much for your help!!!
