GBAll around excellence Great people who really explain the correct remedy for your auto, with good pricing. Honesty... heard manager tell customer what was needed to correct the problem that Mavis doesn't fix and suggested two repair shops ... integrity and professionalism Oh. They completed a brake job for me...had guaranteed brake pads replaced for free (just paid labor)

GBVery good service The service was very good. Only thing I would strongly suggest is asking the customer beforehand if they'd like mat and seat/back covers to prevent staining. This would be helpful especially on lighter interiors.

GBWhat a fantastic experience!! What a fantastic experience!!! The guys here at the New Milford, CT Mavis location are really great! They did exactly what was needed and never wanted to add any other service that wasn’t needed, the price was way better than my dealer would have charged, but what a nice personable group!!! GBI use this location because it is very close and convenient I use this location because it is very close to home, I have never felt like they were ever less than honest. The staff is nice, and they always keep you informed as to when the car will be ready.
