Shipping is confusing Quick delivery of the extra battery but still waiting on the main unit after a week. Even though it shows everything was delivered I'm still waiting on the Wave II. Update, The app that tracks says everything was delivered but the email does have two tracking numbers. It's been over a week and now says was supposed to be delivered today Monday now says it's been delayed. Last checked in Pennsylvania.

Was recommended by a friend and the unit cools quickly and efficiently, requiring minimal power usage. The owners are great and helped with any questions or concerns I had before purchasing. Only regret is not buying this sooner.
