GBSeemed too good to be true Seemed too good to be true, but it wasn't! Purchased top of the line warn winch for 20%less than next best pricing I could find. Was listed as open box, but other than little extra tape on packaging, it looked new. Arrived in quoted time, in working order and complete with accessories. Customer service even offered an extra two weeks on exchange warranty since it's a Christmas gift. Good people, good site

GBPoor Customer Service - Took my money and still have not shipped Placed an order for a Velit AC and got a tracking number with label created. 1 week later the order still had not shipped. Called and emailed them to get an update and was told they would check with the warehouse and get back to me. 2 days later and there is still no response or update and the order still hadn’t shipped. Now their phone just goes to voicemail. Update: I did finally get an email later today but only after I emailed them again twice and left a voicemail. It does appear that the issue was primarily with Velit being out of stock. However, it is true they took 2 days from my first inquiry to get me an answer which was basically that they are going to cancel my order. So 1 week after my order I’m now waiting for my refund which they say has been processed but hasn’t shown up in my account yet. They seem like a reputable company but I think they are short staffed and slow to respond when they have issues.

GBShipping is confusing Quick delivery of the extra battery but still waiting on the main unit after a week. Even though it shows everything was delivered I'm still waiting on the Wave II. Update, The app that tracks says everything was delivered but the email does have two tracking numbers. It's been over a week and now says was supposed to be delivered today Monday now says it's been delayed. Last checked in Pennsylvania.
