Had issues with FedEx and they kept putting boxes on different trucks which made boxes get a little damaged and delayed shipments which caused a complaint call on FedEx or would have given 5 stars.

Shipping is confusing Quick delivery of the extra battery but still waiting on the main unit after a week. Even though it shows everything was delivered I'm still waiting on the Wave II. Update, The app that tracks says everything was delivered but the email does have two tracking numbers. It's been over a week and now says was supposed to be delivered today Monday now says it's been delayed. Last checked in Pennsylvania.

Great Customer Service I took advantage of the Black Friday pricing on EcoFlow not realizing I had placed the wrong order. Zac was super helpful on getting things straightened out and the order shipped in a timely fashion. Looking forward to getting the system installed and tried out in the near future.

My $5000 Eco flow Delta Pro ultra My $5000 Eco flow Delta Pro ultra, arrived, damaged, and did not require a signature like it was supposed to. I contacted Rackupgo and they were as shocked as I was. They sent me a return slip and will be ensuring the next shipment is perfect condition and will require a signature upon delivery. Very pleased at how fast they handled my issue.

Best AC unit on the market! So glad I finally put an AC unit in my van and I went with the best on the market. Was recommended by a friend and the unit cools quickly and efficiently, requiring minimal power usage. The owners are great and helped with any questions or concerns I had before purchasing. Only regret is not buying this sooner.
