They sent me a return slip and will be ensuring the next shipment is perfect condition and will require a signature upon delivery. Very pleased at how fast they handled my issue.

Rackup+Go was great and they had great… Rackup+Go was great and they had great communication and shipped the items fast. Had issues with FedEx and they kept putting boxes on different trucks which made boxes get a little damaged and delayed shipments which caused a complaint call on FedEx or would have given 5 stars.

Quickest time from order to delivery I’ve ever had. This makes the fourth time I have ordered from this company. And it certainly would not be the last. I’m very pleased with the fact any questions I have are promptly and intelligently answered. And you just can’t beat the delivery, always sooner than I expect.

I plugged the unit in to my inverter in my work van and on the hottest day of the year, without the van running, it held my preset temperatures and my van started right up (diesel) after over 18 hours of inverter operation!
