Great Customer Service I took advantage of the Black Friday pricing on EcoFlow not realizing I had placed the wrong order. My $5000 Eco flow Delta Pro ultra My $5000 Eco flow Delta Pro ultra, arrived, damaged, and did not require a signature like it was supposed to. I contacted Rackupgo and they were as shocked as I was. They sent me a return slip and will be ensuring the next shipment is perfect condition and will require a signature upon delivery. Very pleased at how fast they handled my issue.
