Shipping is confusing Quick delivery of the extra battery but still waiting on the main unit after a week. Even though it shows everything was delivered I'm still waiting on the Wave II. Update, The app that tracks says everything was delivered but the email does have two tracking numbers. It's been over a week and now says was supposed to be delivered today Monday now says it's been delayed. Last checked in Pennsylvania.

They sent me a return slip and will be ensuring the next shipment is perfect condition and will require a signature upon delivery. Very pleased at how fast they handled my issue.

refrigerator/freezer chest… I ordered a refrigerator/freezer chest that came quickly and well packaged. I am so impressed! I plugged the unit in to my inverter in my work van and on the hottest day of the year, without the van running, it held my preset temperatures and my van started right up (diesel) after over 18 hours of inverter operation!
