I contacted Rackupgo and they were as shocked as I was. They sent me a return slip and will be ensuring the next shipment is perfect condition and will require a signature upon delivery. Very pleased at how fast they handled my issue.

GBBest AC unit on the market! So glad I finally put an AC unit in my van and I went with the best on the market. Was recommended by a friend and the unit cools quickly and efficiently, requiring minimal power usage. The owners are great and helped with any questions or concerns I had before purchasing.
