GBBest AC unit on the market! So glad I finally put an AC unit in my van and I went with the best on the market. Was recommended by a friend and the unit cools quickly and efficiently, requiring minimal power usage. The owners are great and helped with any questions or concerns I had before purchasing. Only regret is not buying this sooner.

GBRackup+Go was great and they had great… Rackup+Go was great and they had great communication and shipped the items fast. Had issues with FedEx and they kept putting boxes on different trucks which made boxes get a little damaged and delayed shipments which caused a complaint call on FedEx or would have given 5 stars.

GBSeemed too good to be true Seemed too good to be true, but it wasn't! Purchased top of the line warn winch for 20%less than next best pricing I could find. Was listed as open box, but other than little extra tape on packaging, it looked new. Arrived in quoted time, in working order and complete with accessories. Customer service even offered an extra two weeks on exchange warranty since it's a Christmas gift. Good people, good site

GBI was very happy with their price discount. I was very happy with their black friday price discount. The order came in 4 different packages arriving on different days. Only the biggest box arriving first had a tracking number. The other 3 shipments I had no idea were on their way. This confused me when the biggest box arrived first I had to call to ask about the other missing items. They were quick to call back and let me know that they were on there way with no tracking number. I eventually received everything and am happy.

GBPoor Customer Service - Took my money and still have not shipped Placed an order for a Velit AC and got a tracking number with label created. 1 week later the order still had not shipped. Called and emailed them to get an update and was told they would check with the warehouse and get back to me. 2 days later and there is still no response or update and the order still hadn’t shipped. Now their phone just goes to voicemail. Update: I did finally get an email later today but only after I emailed them again twice and left a voicemail. It does appear that the issue was primarily with Velit being out of stock. However, it is true they took 2 days from my first inquiry to get me an answer which was basically that they are going to cancel my order. So 1 week after my order I’m now waiting for my refund which they say has been processed but hasn’t shown up in my account yet. They seem like a reputable company but I think they are short staffed and slow to respond when they have issues.
