Was listed as open box, but other than little extra tape on packaging, it looked new. Arrived in quoted time, in working order and complete with accessories. Customer service even offered an extra two weeks on exchange warranty since it's a Christmas gift. Good people, good site

refrigerator/freezer chest… I ordered a refrigerator/freezer chest that came quickly and well packaged. I am so impressed! I plugged the unit in to my inverter in my work van and on the hottest day of the year, without the van running, it held my preset temperatures and my van started right up (diesel) after over 18 hours of inverter operation! Great for our Rad City Ebikes More affordable price with Thule easy fold XT 2 --same product as other more expensive websites. Easy ordering, delivery and set up. Loved this for transporting our 2 Rad city step through commuter bikes. Would recommend Rack up and go.

Rackup+Go was great and they had great… Rackup+Go was great and they had great communication and shipped the items fast. Had issues with FedEx and they kept putting boxes on different trucks which made boxes get a little damaged and delayed shipments which caused a complaint call on FedEx or would have given 5 stars.
