The tool recognises the fault and quickly without hasell, the problem is gone at the touch of a button. Main dealer could never remove irritating warning light for more than 48 hours at cost of £75 each time, despite emmisions being satisfactory. Well done sales team, once again.

Quick service, but beware Royal Mail! Fault Reader sent promptly by Ljm via Royal Mail 48hrs - but got lost in their system. Had to go to local office where they eventually found it. However delighted with the reader which has already identified & cleared some car faults. Should have purchased earlier!

Sent a unit that didn't work Sent a unit that didn't work, Had to delete files then re-install them. That didn't fix the problem after several weeks of e-mail Tennis they just stopped communicating with me. So now im £300 odd quid out of pocket with something that isn't working, with the prospect of trying to send it back and buying the thing i need from a more reputable supplier.

Excellent service The item arrived promptly and once the software had been updated it worked perfectly with my Porsche. So many fault codes to investigate!
