Quick service, but beware Royal Mail! Fault Reader sent promptly by Ljm via Royal Mail 48hrs - but got lost in their system. Had to go to local office where they eventually found it. However delighted with the reader which has already identified & cleared some car faults. Should have purchased earlier!

Cheaper than having the dealership diagnose it. Easy to use Bought this to try and remove some error codes, unfortunately the code I have won't reset (airbag issue, not the diagnostic machine.) 100% RELIABLE Your company has been very efficient in listening to the customers concern and recommending and supplying the necessary tool. The tool recognises the fault and quickly without hasell, the problem is gone at the touch of a button. Main dealer could never remove irritating warning light for more than 48 hours at cost of £75 each time, despite emmisions being satisfactory. Well done sales team, once again.

Excellent service The item arrived promptly and once the software had been updated it worked perfectly with my Porsche. So many fault codes to investigate!
