Quick service, but beware Royal Mail! Fault Reader sent promptly by Ljm via Royal Mail 48hrs - but got lost in their system. Had to go to local office where they eventually found it. However delighted with the reader which has already identified & cleared some car faults. Should have purchased earlier!

Completely satisfied with the CR Max. Superb piece of diagnostic equipment. Initial registration and setting up needs to be simpler. First use told me of vehicle issues that were not initially evident from basic OBD tools. Good value for money particularly for the range of covered vehicles as standard.

An extremely simple purchase. Found the website to be extremely informative which gave me the confidence to purchase. Will cer return should I require a scanner for a different make of vehicle.

iCarsoft CR MAX diagnostic tool Purchased an iCarsoft CR MAX diagnostic tool, delivered next day, very impressed with the tool, used to clear fault codes on my 2020 Kia Sportage, used on my sons 2009 Ford Kuga to clear fault codes and force a dpf regeneration, worked perfectly, gave detailed step by step instructions for dpf regeneration and detailed fault code analysis and descriptions. None of the codes had been found when using my old basic diagnostic tool. Will be using again shortly to reset my electronic parking brake on the Kia when changing rear brake pads. Not a cheap purchase but will pay for itself in a few uses by avoiding expensive main dealer charges.

Excellent service The item arrived promptly and once the software had been updated it worked perfectly with my Porsche. So many fault codes to investigate!
