USIf the process doesn't go smoothly... If the process doesn't go smoothly, you're quite literally out of luck. The only customer service is in the form of automated responses and links to YouTube videos. There is no telephone number, there is no one to talk to, there is no one to help you. You are on your own, end of story. Maybe it works out, maybe it doesn't.

USGreat, But A Few Minor Issues Customer Service was very good but can be a bit slow. The key programmer did not work on my Note 9. So if you have a Note 9 you will need to use another phone for this to work. Once I used another phone the programming was simple and the YouTube videos were very helpful.
