Because of the time-out factor, we found it helpful for my wife to assist me during the process that involved reading the settings on the good fob and the transferring them to the new unit. The process took about an hour including watching the video several times. I would say getting past the bluetooth step took the most time and was a good example of two heads being better than one. You provide a great service and I will recommend your service to anyone in need of a fob or key replacement.

GBExcellent Experience! Customer service is excellent. Received the product promptly. We watched a YouTube video from Tom's Key Company first, before attempting to program the new key. The instructions included were very simple. It took less than 10 minutes to program our new key. I highly recommend Tom's Key Company. When we returned the rental devices, our money was refunded promptly. We will definitely use Tom's Key Company again in the future. I recommend it to anyone who needs a new key. GBGreat, But A Few Minor Issues Customer Service was very good but can be a bit slow. The key programmer did not work on my Note 9. So if you have a Note 9 you will need to use another phone for this to work. Once I used another phone the programming was simple and the YouTube videos were very helpful.

GBTimely and accurate I received my programmer and new key fob shortly - the box even included a phone with the app installed! It all worked perfectly and the new key fob works perfectly. They refunded the deposit promptly as well. An altogether excellent experience. I did have a problem with the Cut by Photo in that the key I received did not work. I did not consider this a major problem since I use the key fob. However, Tom's Key was prompt in trying to solve the problem - they sent me a new key and when that one didn't work either, they processed a refund right away. All in all, it's definitely a positive experience. I will definitely work with them again in the future.
