Would stay away I did the photo key cut. The product I got was not even close to what I took a picture of. I was instructed to send a new photo of my key next to their cut. After nearly a month I received a new key that was also completely off. I would not use their photo-key service, their technology clearly is not there. The key fob they provided worked but required factory programming, not the provided device. I’d look at other services

A great car key programming service I received the programmer and thoroughly read the instructions. I don't think it took me more than 12 minutes to program a new FOB for my vehicle ! I returned the programmer and promply received my deposit.Tom's paid the postage both ways ! I was impressed by their services and will use them again !

If the process doesn't go smoothly... If the process doesn't go smoothly, you're quite literally out of luck. The only customer service is in the form of automated responses and links to YouTube videos. There is no telephone number, there is no one to talk to, there is no one to help you. You are on your own, end of story. Maybe it works out, maybe it doesn't.

This is the second time I’ve used Tom’s… This is the second time I’ve used Tom’s service. The key by photo is amazing, I am super impressed how quickly it all is. The videos and programming tools are great, I will definitely use Tom’s Key for any future needs I have. Thanks
