US COACHWAYS, YOU SUCK!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED AND NEVER RETURN YOUR MONEY!! WE BOOKED TWO BUSES TO TAKE 100 PEOPLE TO A RACE EARLY IN THE MORNING AND THEY CANCELLED ON US THE NIGHT BEFORE AT 1030 PM. NUMEROUS CONTACTS TO GET A REFUND FELL ON DEAF EARS. ONLY WHEN THREATENED WITH A LAWSUIT DID WE FINALLY GET THEIR ATTENTION. US COACHWAYS, YOU SUCK!!

Great Experience- We ran an ambitious… Great Experience- We ran an ambitious bus tour with 17 stops and 30 guests. Everything from the great booking experience, to the comfort of the bus, to the responsive dispatch team, to the graciousness and expertise of our driver made us confident that the day would be a success and it was! The Charter Bus never showed up The Charter Bus never showed up, and company is currently refusing to process a refund. The charter was supposed to happen in November. It is February 12, and we still do not have a refund because they do not have the funds.

US Coachways - best bus company around!!! US Coachways is an awesome experience from booking with Tony Tommasino to the excellent communication about our bus ---- to our bus arriving on time and having a great driver! I could not be more happy with our experience. And for me personally - who books the reservation that 26 people are counting on -- to have a company that I can depend - EVERY TIME - means the world to me! Good! Our experience with USCoachways was positive and smooth. It can be stressful to book transportation for 55 people on 4 separate days, but over all it went great with a good driver that was on time and the Buses worked just fine.
