We traveled today from Binghamton We traveled today from Binghamton, NY to the Bronx,NY. Our driver Kismet was EXCEPTIONAL! On time, we made great time to reach out destination and great accommodating our needs throughout the day. The bus however was a disaster! Very dirty, bathroom wasn't completely functional and bus throughout was not cleaned out, and generally needed to be upgraded!.

Not the best service Not the best service. The agent was very curt and inflexible. The driver was driving erratically, and was even on his phone. Will probably not use this company again.

US Coachways is an awesome experience from booking with Tony Tommasino to the excellent communication about our bus ---- to our bus arriving on time and having a great driver! I could not be more happy with our experience. And for me personally - who books the reservation that 26 people are counting on -- to have a company that I can depend - EVERY TIME - means the world to me! 5/5 experience Great experience with US Coachways! Driver was on time, professional, incredibly communicative and we had a great experience. I booked a bus to go up to Winter Park for our staff for about 40 people and it went very smooth. I've had issues with charter buses in the past but we had absolutely 0 issues. 5/5 stars!

Awesome experience The customer service was awesome. There was a slight mistake in the beginning, I called & they corrected the problem immediately & they went above & beyond their duties. The drivers were pleasant & made the round trip to Camp Getaway in Connecticut very comfortable. Tommy Kiriakos & Tracie Daley were great. They were professional, patient, courteous & handled the situation. I would definitely use US Coachways again.
