GBUS COACHWAYS, YOU SUCK!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED AND NEVER RETURN YOUR MONEY!! WE BOOKED TWO BUSES TO TAKE 100 PEOPLE TO A RACE EARLY IN THE MORNING AND THEY CANCELLED ON US THE NIGHT BEFORE AT 1030 PM. NUMEROUS CONTACTS TO GET A REFUND FELL ON DEAF EARS. ONLY WHEN THREATENED WITH A LAWSUIT DID WE FINALLY GET THEIR ATTENTION. US COACHWAYS, YOU SUCK!!

GBForty Disabled People Stranded Our group reserved and paid six weeks ahead for an ADA bus (lift equipped). $2711 from our little nonprofit. The bus cancelled the afternoon before our trip, and even though at that time we would have settled for a non-ADA bus, they claimed THERE WERE NO OTHER BUSES available to take our disabled members from north Texas to San Antonio. We have begged for a refund, sent two lawyer letters, and reported them to BBB. THEY JUST DON'T CARE!!!

GBDO NOT BOOK I chartered a bus for my family and friends, I used their option for upgraded amenities on my bus as well. I choose to add USB/outlets, Luggage storage, and alcohol consumption amenities. On the day of my charter, the bus arrived 1 hour late, no assistance with luggage, and NO USB outlets, which I needed since one of my guest uses a oxygen machine and I told the company before my schedule charter. The bus was not cleaned, the driver was not English speaking which made for a rough day. He was not good with navigating through DC so we got stuck in a lot of traffic making us having to shorten time at all stops. He then wanted to rush us at the last stop after being an hour late and having us be late to every stop. One of my guest left some tennis shoes on the bus he never responded to dispatch about the shoes and I have never heard from the company on whether they had been found. Truly disappointing. And then when I reported my issues to the company they never responded to anything. I also sent an email to Tommy Kiriakos my sales agent, he said he would check with customer service and provide something, still nothing. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

GB5/5 experience Great experience with US Coachways! Driver was on time, professional, incredibly communicative and we had a great experience. I booked a bus to go up to Winter Park for our staff for about 40 people and it went very smooth. I've had issues with charter buses in the past but we had absolutely 0 issues. 5/5 stars!

PTNot the best service Not the best service. The agent was very curt and inflexible. The driver was driving erratically, and was even on his phone. Will probably not use this company again.
