We hired US Coachways about a week… We hired US Coachways about a week before our wedding. We had another bus company booked and paid for since April; however, when we called two weeks before our wedding date to go over details they did not respond to our calls or emails. We were in a bit of a panic, so we called US Coachways, they were able to accommodate our date, very responsive and all around amazing!!! The woman who helped us was Melissa and she was on top of everything for us, we can not thank them enough. The bus driver was so great and we got us back to our hotel safe and sound. I would highly recommend using this company!!

Bus no-showed and 4 months later still no refund On July 19, 2023, we booked two buses for a group airport transfer. Unfortunately, only one bus showed up and we were forced to hire Ubers to transport our group to the airport so they didn't miss their flights. We agreed to a partial refund for the bus that no-showed. After multiple emails and phone calls, it is now 4 MONTHS later and we are still waiting for a refund. I tried to call the finance department, but the number diverts to Customer Service, who refer me back to finance.

Awesome experience The customer service was awesome. There was a slight mistake in the beginning, I called & they corrected the problem immediately & they went above & beyond their duties. The drivers were pleasant & made the round trip to Camp Getaway in Connecticut very comfortable. Tommy Kiriakos & Tracie Daley were great. They were professional, patient, courteous & handled the situation. I would definitely use US Coachways again.

US COACHWAYS, YOU SUCK!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED AND NEVER RETURN YOUR MONEY!! WE BOOKED TWO BUSES TO TAKE 100 PEOPLE TO A RACE EARLY IN THE MORNING AND THEY CANCELLED ON US THE NIGHT BEFORE AT 1030 PM. NUMEROUS CONTACTS TO GET A REFUND FELL ON DEAF EARS. ONLY WHEN THREATENED WITH A LAWSUIT DID WE FINALLY GET THEIR ATTENTION. US COACHWAYS, YOU SUCK!!

5/5 experience Great experience with US Coachways! Driver was on time, professional, incredibly communicative and we had a great experience. I booked a bus to go up to Winter Park for our staff for about 40 people and it went very smooth. I've had issues with charter buses in the past but we had absolutely 0 issues. 5/5 stars!
