We traveled today from Binghamton We traveled today from Binghamton, NY to the Bronx,NY. Our driver Kismet was EXCEPTIONAL! On time, we made great time to reach out destination and great accommodating our needs throughout the day. The bus however was a disaster! Very dirty, bathroom wasn't completely functional and bus throughout was not cleaned out, and generally needed to be upgraded!.

I could not be more pleased... I could not be more pleased. The Sales representative that we worked with was very responsive and respectful of our needs, and our budget. And I simply cannot say enough nice things about our driver. She was prompt, courteous, and extremely efficient. She was also a very good communicator and accessible via phone throughout the two-day robotics tournament that we were participating in. In early spring we will be competing again in Pittsburgh, and later in Cincinnati. We plan to use your services again and will be requesting the same driver.
