US Coachways - best bus company around!!! US Coachways is an awesome experience from booking with Tony Tommasino to the excellent communication about our bus ---- to our bus arriving on time and having a great driver! I could not be more happy with our experience. And for me personally - who books the reservation that 26 people are counting on -- to have a company that I can depend - EVERY TIME - means the world to me! Forty Disabled People Stranded Our group reserved and paid six weeks ahead for an ADA bus (lift equipped). $2711 from our little nonprofit. The bus cancelled the afternoon before our trip, and even though at that time we would have settled for a non-ADA bus, they claimed THERE WERE NO OTHER BUSES available to take our disabled members from north Texas to San Antonio. We have begged for a refund, sent two lawyer letters, and reported them to BBB. THEY JUST DON'T CARE!!!

Overall better than expected Registration as well as making changes to stops was pretty easy and very accurate. Driver arrived plenty early. Condition of mini bus could have been better (seats). Friendliness and courtesy awesome. Top of price scale—

Great Experience- We ran an ambitious… Great Experience- We ran an ambitious bus tour with 17 stops and 30 guests. Everything from the great booking experience, to the comfort of the bus, to the responsive dispatch team, to the graciousness and expertise of our driver made us confident that the day would be a success and it was! We traveled today from Binghamton We traveled today from Binghamton, NY to the Bronx,NY. Our driver Kismet was EXCEPTIONAL! On time, we made great time to reach out destination and great accommodating our needs throughout the day. The bus however was a disaster! Very dirty, bathroom wasn't completely functional and bus throughout was not cleaned out, and generally needed to be upgraded!.
