GBBus no-showed and 4 months later still no refund On July 19, 2023, we booked two buses for a group airport transfer. Unfortunately, only one bus showed up and we were forced to hire Ubers to transport our group to the airport so they didn't miss their flights. We agreed to a partial refund for the bus that no-showed. After multiple emails and phone calls, it is now 4 MONTHS later and we are still waiting for a refund. I tried to call the finance department, but the number diverts to Customer Service, who refer me back to finance.

WE BOOKED TWO BUSES TO TAKE 100 PEOPLE TO A RACE EARLY IN THE MORNING AND THEY CANCELLED ON US THE NIGHT BEFORE AT 1030 PM. NUMEROUS CONTACTS TO GET A REFUND FELL ON DEAF EARS. ONLY WHEN THREATENED WITH A LAWSUIT DID WE FINALLY GET THEIR ATTENTION. US COACHWAYS, YOU SUCK!!
