The Charter Bus never showed up The Charter Bus never showed up, and company is currently refusing to process a refund. The charter was supposed to happen in November. It is February 12, and we still do not have a refund because they do not have the funds.

I booked a bus to go up to Winter Park for our staff for about 40 people and it went very smooth. I've had issues with charter buses in the past but we had absolutely 0 issues. 5/5 stars!

We traveled today from Binghamton We traveled today from Binghamton, NY to the Bronx,NY. Our driver Kismet was EXCEPTIONAL! On time, we made great time to reach out destination and great accommodating our needs throughout the day. The bus however was a disaster! Very dirty, bathroom wasn't completely functional and bus throughout was not cleaned out, and generally needed to be upgraded!.
