Terrible customer service … There's a section that is sewn wrong so it won't function properly. This was a gift & the recipient has been in contact with customer service but nothing has been resolved. It needs to be replaced! I am very disappointed with the service.

I received exactly what I had hoped I received exactly what I had hoped. The cushion is well made, comfortable, and raises me up to a height at which the visor works for me. Now that I have this, I feel I could drive almost any vehicle. Thank you so much for your excellent product.

Excellent Customer Service This is an amazing company. Not only are their products top quality their customer service is something you don’t find today. The response to my email inquiry wasn’t a couple of days or hours but rather a couple of minutes. The issue was resolved to my satisfaction that day even though it wasn’t their fault.
