Inpatient disrespectful over the phone… Inpatient disrespectful over the phone with my order.i used Norcold Guy several times before covid. I got good respectful friendly service before. Did ownership change? Got my shipping address wrong. USPS wouldn't ship it. So, my cooling unit sat there for 2 weeks. No answer to emails and no answer to messages. Rarely picks up the phone.

Replace Norcold R302.3 with R306R3 Ordered R306R3 Norcold. It showed up 10/3/22, delivered by Diamond freight. No signs of damage, nice delivery guy. Installed and was operational about 2 hours later. No problems, thumbs up.

This is a correction to my review on… This is a correction to my review on October 7. Apparently the company is overwhelmed with order requests and they are slow to respond, who new? Anyway parts have been shipped and received and it was my error on shipping address, box was unchecked on billing / shipping so they sent to billing address and I did receive that order from October 5. A tracking number with USPS would have helped. Apparently the last order I had ordered wrong part. (My mistake) With new information I am trying again with another order after talking with Brian on what the problem is. We hope this transaction goes smoother and used a different card so shipping is more local. Just trying to head south for winter with a working fridge.

Great place to get parts. Prices are low and shipping fast I was having a hard time finding a certain part for my camper refrigerator. I discovered the norcold guy on one of the chat forums that somebody had a good dealing with. I looked them up they had the part I needed, the price was reasonable, and they shipped it right out. Too bad hurricane Ian destroyed the camper before I had a chance to install it.

Refrigerator back to new! Received parts 2 day air. All parts were correct. After Installing and testing the refrigerator is working perfectly. Lots of great information on the website easy to order parts based on model number. Thank you!
