GBDon't expect any return call if you have an issue with your order . I recently made a purchase from RV fridge guys . Upon receiving my order there were problems from the get-go . I was missing one piece of my order and another part that I ordered was superseded to a different part that did not fit . I have tried numerous occasions to contact the company and have not gotten any response through phone calls or emails , when you call the 800 number it transfers you to a cell phone that has a full mailbox with no other way of leaving a message this is quite frustrating .

GBRIP OFF Product appeared to be available for shipment when the order was placed but was not. They charged my credit card right away even though the item was not in stock and available for shipment. When I canceled the order and asked for a refund because they could not fulfill the order they charged my credit card a service fee of $2.06. This is very bad business and you can be sure I will spread the word throughout the RV world as I am heavily involved in several RV Organizations. Charge me $2.06 when you can't deliver the product, UNBELIVABLE

GBHelpful Advice I needed help to find out why my Norcold N611rt was not cooling and producing a 5 Flash Code. I sent the request by email and was answered quickly with what was not the problem and the items that could cause the problem. Working through that list I ordered a new Thermostor and am now awaiting it's arrival. Once installed I hope it will fix the problem.

GBOrdered parts June 20th 2023 and was… Ordered parts June 20th 2023 and was charged for the parts immediately. I still had not received delivery in late December, so I had requested a refund by January 5, 2024 with a 2 weeks notification if they could not deliver the parts. They charged me 6% fee to refund my money after having kept the funds for over 6 months. The stock market was up more than 10% and money markets 5% so they pulled in 11-16 % holding onto my money. Very slow on returning replies! I ordered a very common part, nothing exotic.

GBInpatient disrespectful over the phone… Inpatient disrespectful over the phone with my order.i used Norcold Guy several times before covid. I got good respectful friendly service before. Did ownership change? Got my shipping address wrong. USPS wouldn't ship it. So, my cooling unit sat there for 2 weeks. No answer to emails and no answer to messages. Rarely picks up the phone.
