Refrigerator back to new! Received parts 2 day air. All parts were correct. After Installing and testing the refrigerator is working perfectly. Lots of great information on the website easy to order parts based on model number. Thank you!

Great place to get parts. Prices are low and shipping fast I was having a hard time finding a certain part for my camper refrigerator. I discovered the norcold guy on one of the chat forums that somebody had a good dealing with. I looked them up they had the part I needed, the price was reasonable, and they shipped it right out. Too bad hurricane Ian destroyed the camper before I had a chance to install it.

They kept telling us the item was back… They kept telling us the item was back ordered- we waited 4 months! Then they tried to claim they sent it and gave a tracking # for an item delivered 2000 miles away - then they wanted us to pay the shipping and a restock fee to have them ship a new one and again said they didn’t know how long it would be as they had to reorder…what? Then they stopped answering our calls. Very frustrating and unprofessional…so 4 months and our fridge still is not working.

Never got my purchased item….. Never got my purchased item which was a drip tray for a norcold camper refrigerator at $25.45, no email replies or phones answered. I have the emailed receipt and confirmation of my order number.
