Consistently outstanding. I use the bus on an almost monthly basis to go from Washington DC to NYC and back. I have never had a bad experience. The company has departure pickup sites well organized, friendly helpful folks on site to help, and they keep a schedule. Their rewards program to earn points for free trips, as well as flexibility in changing reservations or putting them on hold for future trips also is great.

Va to NY Trip Always a clean, quiet bus. Professional, polite drivers. Attentive baggage handlers. Most importantly, always on time departure. Arrival times will vary sometimes...but that is due to traffic and not to anything Vamoose can control. Used Vamoose for half a dozen trips and counting and see no need to take another bus line.

No cmplaints Power source, comfortable seats, comfortable ride. They will give you a water bottle before entering only if you ask for one. Bathroom fine. Driver diverted on city streets presumably to avoid bad traffic.

Bus ride My 21 month old son and I had a great time riding the bus from Bethesda to nyc and back. Both buses were clean and the staff were very polite and helpful. It looks like that the bus departed from Bethesda has a more upgraded, and newer bathroom, which was a nice bonus when traveling with a toddler. I only choose Vamoose when traveling from Dc to Nyc for it's reliable services and convenient Bethesda location.

I rely on Vamoose Since the birth of my first grandchild in 1998, I have travelled to NYC from Bethesda about every other month. First, till "9/11" I went by air shuttle. Then Amtrak, but the Red Line Metro to Union Station was so unreliable and hence anxiety provoking ! My salvation arrived in the form of Vamoose, great for me since I live just over a mile away in Bethesda from the Waverley "station." Convenient, reliable, even safer lately with seat belts and almost luxurious if I can get a Gold bus ( please run more of Golds on weekend!). My only wish for improvement would be in return from 30 th and Seventh, provide temporary umbrellas or canopy for lineup when await boarding bus!
