I rely on Vamoose Since the birth of my first grandchild in 1998, I have travelled to NYC from Bethesda about every other month. First, till "9/11" I went by air shuttle. Then Amtrak, but the Red Line Metro to Union Station was so unreliable and hence anxiety provoking ! My salvation arrived in the form of Vamoose, great for me since I live just over a mile away in Bethesda from the Waverley "station." Convenient, reliable, even safer lately with seat belts and almost luxurious if I can get a Gold bus ( please run more of Golds on weekend!). My only wish for improvement would be in return from 30 th and Seventh, provide temporary umbrellas or canopy for lineup when await boarding bus!

This is one great travel option! I've used Vamoose Bus on 3 trips to Bethesda MD over the past 6 months and every time has been a pleasure. Changing reservations is a breeze and the trips were quick and without incident. I love that every seat has an outlet for your phone and everyone involved is pleasant, helpful and knows their business. Is it possible to look forward to the next bus trip??!! I would definitely recommend Vamoose Bus to anyone looking for a trusted and comfortable way to get to Bethesda!

Our first Vamoose ride was better than could be imagined- fantastic. The bus was clean, the decor updated. The Vamoose staff were very helpful and the whole process was easier and more pleasant than we imagined. The bus was on time and the trip relatively quick. Other passengers were polite, friendly and quiet. We will definitely ride Vamoose again. Thank you ever so much.

No cmplaints Power source, comfortable seats, comfortable ride. They will give you a water bottle before entering only if you ask for one. Bathroom fine. Driver diverted on city streets presumably to avoid bad traffic.

I travel to and from NY/Arlington a… I travel to and from NY/Arlington a great deal, to see my daughter and baby grandchildren. Tonight I really screwed up setting up a series of reservations for the summer. I couldn't figure out how to undo what I had done, so I called, and Arlene answered. She did it all. Made my reservations for me, let me use some of my points to pay for my trips, and sent immediate cancellation notices and reservation notifications via email. They were there even before I got off the phone. Thank you, Arlene. And thank you, Vamoose. You are one of the easiest, most customer friendly transportation service I know.
