This is one great travel option! I've used Vamoose Bus on 3 trips to Bethesda MD over the past 6 months and every time has been a pleasure. Changing reservations is a breeze and the trips were quick and without incident. I love that every seat has an outlet for your phone and everyone involved is pleasant, helpful and knows their business. Is it possible to look forward to the next bus trip??!! Consistently outstanding. I use the bus on an almost monthly basis to go from Washington DC to NYC and back. I have never had a bad experience. The company has departure pickup sites well organized, friendly helpful folks on site to help, and they keep a schedule. Their rewards program to earn points for free trips, as well as flexibility in changing reservations or putting them on hold for future trips also is great.

Inexpensive, reliable and convenient. I have taken Vamoose with my husband and with friends. It is always extremely reasonably priced and I can cancel or change my trip very easily on line. I also get points for free trips! The drivers seem very consciencous and try different routes when necessary [like during highway traffic jams]. While it's a long ride, I love being dropped off in midtown manhattan, within walking distance of the hotels I use and most other activities. Nice that they have a bathroom on the bus as generally they don't make pit stops.

The best in the business!!! I have been using Vamoose since its inception and continue to be impressed with its efficiency and excellent customer service. The website makes it easy to make or change a reservation and if there should be a glitch, I call the office and am helped immediately. Their prices are still in the wow! territory and I have yet to meet an employee that isn't polite and helpful. May it go on forever!

No cmplaints Power source, comfortable seats, comfortable ride. They will give you a water bottle before entering only if you ask for one. Bathroom fine. Driver diverted on city streets presumably to avoid bad traffic.
