GBBest Service from New York from Washington, DC I've been taking trips to New York City on Vamoose bus for over five years. The staff is very dependable, the drivers outstanding, and the WiFi access is great, too! I love how you can earn free tickets! And occasionally I splurge and take the Gold Bus for a couple of dollars more! I live within walking distance of a Greyhound Bus Station that goes to NY City, but I will travel the extra 3 miles just to ride the Vamoose clean and professional bus. Love Vamoose!

GBNo cmplaints Power source, comfortable seats, comfortable ride. They will give you a water bottle before entering only if you ask for one. Bathroom fine. Driver diverted on city streets presumably to avoid bad traffic.

GBThe best in the business!!! I have been using Vamoose since its inception and continue to be impressed with its efficiency and excellent customer service. The website makes it easy to make or change a reservation and if there should be a glitch, I call the office and am helped immediately. Their prices are still in the wow! territory and I have yet to meet an employee that isn't polite and helpful. May it go on forever!

GBBest Bus Service from DMV to NYC I been traveling back and forth between these cities for the last 3 years and Vamoose by far surpasses the customer satisfaction provided by greyhound or megabus. You pay a slight premium with vamoose but totally worth it for hassle free travel experience. If you travel frequently Vamoose rewards points make it worthwhile too.
