Best Bus Service from DMV to NYC I been traveling back and forth between these cities for the last 3 years and Vamoose by far surpasses the customer satisfaction provided by greyhound or megabus. You pay a slight premium with vamoose but totally worth it for hassle free travel experience. If you travel frequently Vamoose rewards points make it worthwhile too.

Va to NY Trip Always a clean, quiet bus. Professional, polite drivers. Attentive baggage handlers. Most importantly, always on time departure. Arrival times will vary sometimes...but that is due to traffic and not to anything Vamoose can control. Used Vamoose for half a dozen trips and counting and see no need to take another bus line.

Fast trips, great customer service both on the phone & in person The buses are always clean and (traffic permitting) arrive on time to location. They are organized and polite when boarding/on the bus. The phone customer service people are exceptionally nice and helpful with questions. If only they were a tad cheaper ($80 round trip can be a bit pricey!)

Courteous and friendly staff, reliable and safe drivers, clean and comfortable environment and lastly, convenient locations ... all for a great price! I've been using Vamoose for a few years now and I prefer them over the hassle of planes and trains any day! I can't recall any problems except only once do I remember a particularly crowded ride but nothing terrible.
