I initially placed an order on a product that apparently would not work on my car and was quickly informed via email by the company President Steve why the product I ordered would not work due to the year of my car (and immediately refunded my order) and he also recommended two products that would work. So I placed a new order based on Steve's recommendation. A couple of hours later, I received emails with detailed instructions on how to download and install the updates. I did run into some issues and reached out to the company and received a prompt reply that I need to restart my PC and disable some software to get it to work. After that all went smoothly. Great company and amazing customer support!

GBAfter my struggle with another vendor… After my struggle with another vendor and weeks of frustration I decided to take another try with a new vendor “Bimmer America” simple and straight forward delivery in days and Install on My BMW X5 2014 in less than 50 min. The instructions were easy and clear, after successful install worked on the first try. I wish I could add the same way a upgrade to have apple play in my BMW.
