Highly recommend ordering from Bimmer… Highly recommend ordering from Bimmer America. We needed to update the Nav system in our BMW. After getting extremely outrageous prices on 2019 maps, we found Bimmer America online. Ordering the USB was so easy. Tyler answered my questions by email before I ordered it. We received it, followed the instructions and in 45 minutes we had an updated 2020 map. It was so easy to return the USB. I will definitely purchase from Bimmer America again.

10/10 BMW Navigation Update! The Navigation update for my BMW was massive (24GB to download) but they sent great instructions and everything worked out perfectly. 10/10 experience. Going from the 2014 navigation version to 2023 is a huge upgrade :D Use Firefox for large downloads. I struggled downloading that large of a file with several other browsers.

Updated Road Map - Simple and Efficient Requested an updated BMW North America Road Map for my 2018 X3. After order was placed for a download version, within minutes I received an explanatory email (from Tyler @ Bimmer America) with a link to ~30 GB download. Everything worked as expected and install completed within ~20 minutes.

Updating Map software. Updating the map software was made “super” easy with Bimmer America process. Although you always have some reservations with auto software updates, the ending result was superb and I now wouldn’t think twice on the next update!!

Well worth the money and the wait I have never updated my mapping this is the third company I tried. First was a scammer second was an online only download which did not work well in my area so refunded me. This company was straight forward provided a mailed stick with programming and return envelope along with instructions, Smooth as fast as expected just a couple days to get package. Loading was very easy and the new streets in our little Country community from 18 month ago were even on the updates.
