Quick and easy Received an email in just under an hour after ordering with easy to follow instructions and all the tools required to update my 2014 Mini Cooper S maps. The maps were the original ones from 2014 so the update to the 2022 maps was a significant one. I followed the instructions provided by Tyler and took the car for a drive. The update took about 45 minutes for my car and now my GPS doesn't show me offroading on newer roads. I'm not really picky about having the latest and greatest, but will definitely upgrade again in a few years through Bimmer America.

Great company and customer support Great company and support! I initially placed an order on a product that apparently would not work on my car and was quickly informed via email by the company President Steve why the product I ordered would not work due to the year of my car (and immediately refunded my order) and he also recommended two products that would work. So I placed a new order based on Steve's recommendation. A couple of hours later, I received emails with detailed instructions on how to download and install the updates. I did run into some issues and reached out to the company and received a prompt reply that I need to restart my PC and disable some software to get it to work. After that all went smoothly. Great company and amazing customer support!

I ordered the EVO 2022-2 North America… I ordered the EVO 2022-2 North America map update for my 2016 BMW 428i online. A couple of hours after the order was placed, I received download and installation instructions via e-mail. (The file is large (~28MB) and took over half an hour to download.) The instructions are straightforward, although I found it necessary to provide my own Fat32 formatter for the USB. Nonetheless, everything worked, and the new map is now successfully installed in my Bimmer!

10/10 BMW Navigation Update! The Navigation update for my BMW was massive (24GB to download) but they sent great instructions and everything worked out perfectly. 10/10 experience. Going from the 2014 navigation version to 2023 is a huge upgrade :D Use Firefox for large downloads. I struggled downloading that large of a file with several other browsers.

Terrific Service and Great Value! I have ordered map updates from Bimmer America for my 2011 328xi a few times and each time I was able to load the update with little trouble - North America Premium 2022-2. Received the download information and instructions within hours of the order being confirmed. The upload to the car took exactly the amount of time that Tyler suggested.
