After my struggle with another vendor… After my struggle with another vendor and weeks of frustration I decided to take another try with a new vendor “Bimmer America” simple and straight forward delivery in days and Install on My BMW X5 2014 in less than 50 min. The instructions were easy and clear, after successful install worked on the first try. I wish I could add the same way a upgrade to have apple play in my BMW.

Prepare to be highly satisfied! Both my BMW vehicles (2017 640i/ F06 and 2013 Z4 35is/ E89) were in need of map database updates. After some quick research, I came across 'Bimmer America' ... and we were 'off to the races.' Their business website was super easy to understand and use ... their communication process in support of your purchase(s) is immediate and thorough ... and the end result of their product(s) and support -- a BMW with an up-to-date map/ navigation database -- is a very happy and highly satisfied customer! I will definitely 'be back' for all future map updates and support.

Well worth the money and the wait I have never updated my mapping this is the third company I tried. First was a scammer second was an online only download which did not work well in my area so refunded me. This company was straight forward provided a mailed stick with programming and return envelope along with instructions, Smooth as fast as expected just a couple days to get package. Loading was very easy and the new streets in our little Country community from 18 month ago were even on the updates.
