Happy with the service Just won a car at Copart in North Carolina and needed to have the car picked ASAP as not to be charged parking fees. The transport was reasonably priced and vehicle picked up was quick as advertised. They never share your information nor do they bombarded you with calls or emails. The booking process was easy and straight forward. Highly recommended and look forward to doing business with them again.

Good communication Good communication. Some changes in pickup and delivery time windows a couple times by driver, but driver did keep us updated. My Silverado was picked up Friday evening in California and arrived late Monday night in Texas. Truck received in same condition it left California. Good experience, would use Direct again. Great car shipping experience! This is the second time I have used Direct Express Auto Transport to ship my car across the country, and I have been impressed both times. They assigned my car to a driver very promptly both times and delivered my car sooner than the estimated time! My partner has had trouble shipping his car with other companies in the past, but I have had nothing but a positive experience with this company. I will be using them again soon!

Dump and run Thanks very much for dumping the fridge outside the rugby club because it was an inch too high for the door. I’m sure there’s an excuse (covid, health and safety or similar), but literally just walking off and leaving me on my own at 8am with £1500 of fridge stood outside is really much appreciated. No offer of assistance, no advice, just literally silently walked off. Bunch of cowboys! Not the most professional of reviews I know, but I’m fuming!!

Quick & Reliable Had to get my daughter's car home from Florida where she was attending school quickly due to the Covid-19 virus. Called Direct Express on Wednesday 3/25 and her car was picked up on 3/28 and deliver safe and sound to us here in RI on 3/31. I am very pleased with this company and will definitely be using them again when she goes back to school in August (if we survive this craziness!) Thanks so much for all your help! :-)
