Great car shipping experience! This is the second time I have used Direct Express Auto Transport to ship my car across the country, and I have been impressed both times. They assigned my car to a driver very promptly both times and delivered my car sooner than the estimated time! My partner has had trouble shipping his car with other companies in the past, but I have had nothing but a positive experience with this company. I will be using them again soon!

Good communication Good communication. Some changes in pickup and delivery time windows a couple times by driver, but driver did keep us updated. My Silverado was picked up Friday evening in California and arrived late Monday night in Texas. Truck received in same condition it left California. Good experience, would use Direct again. They did a great job They did a great job; I chose the cheapest (standard) rate, and got assigned a driver within 2 days. I ended up saving about $700 compared to what the out-of-state car dealer wanted to transport the car, and saved about $400 compared to what most other brokers were charging. I would definitely use them again. Note that almost all brokers work the same way; what really matters is their knowledge of pricing to make sure that the price drivers are offered is high enough to get your car shipped in a reasonable amount of time. Any broker will occasionally have cars that are slow to be picked up (based on price, location, season, etc.).

Happy with the service Just won a car at Copart in North Carolina and needed to have the car picked ASAP as not to be charged parking fees. The transport was reasonably priced and vehicle picked up was quick as advertised. They never share your information nor do they bombarded you with calls or emails. The booking process was easy and straight forward. Highly recommended and look forward to doing business with them again.

Expectations Exceeded I recently tried Direct Express Auto Transport for the first time when shipping a vehicle from Texas to California.
