Happy with the service Just won a car at Copart in North Carolina and needed to have the car picked ASAP as not to be charged parking fees. The transport was reasonably priced and vehicle picked up was quick as advertised. They never share your information nor do they bombarded you with calls or emails. The booking process was easy and straight forward. Highly recommended and look forward to doing business with them again.

Good communication Good communication. Some changes in pickup and delivery time windows a couple times by driver, but driver did keep us updated. My Silverado was picked up Friday evening in California and arrived late Monday night in Texas. Truck received in same condition it left California. Good experience, would use Direct again. (Order# 223483 and customer service representative was Jessie.)

This was a very easy and smooth transaction This was a very easy transaction. Contacted Direct Express Auto Transport my car from Michigan to California. Within 24 hours the car was assigned and pickup was arranged. We were able to meet at a convenient location due to our small residential streets. The transport driver was timely and alerted me of his planned arrival time. The transport was equally smooth on the other end. The vehicle arrived a day early. Very satisfied customer.

Overnight from Illinois to OKC Awesome Service. Legacy Transport (via Direct Express) picked up my new Sequoia at the dealer in Illinois at 6 pm on the first day it was available. By 9:00am the next morning it was being unloaded at my front door in Okc. The driver was very friendly. I originally messed up the Availability Date on my order. When I called Customer Service at direct express they cheerfully and quickly located and updated my order.

i Awesome Transport Company These guys are extremely professional & also reasonably priced. From the moment I spoke to Kelly I felt like I was dealing with the right company.. Car was picked up in Irvine CA exactly when they said it would be & dropped off in Bethesda MD on time. I was nervous deciding who to use to transport my car but these guys did a great job . I would recommend them to anyone considering shipping a car. .
