My Silverado was picked up Friday evening in California and arrived late Monday night in Texas. Truck received in same condition it left California. Good experience, would use Direct again. Overnight from Illinois to OKC Awesome Service. Legacy Transport (via Direct Express) picked up my new Sequoia at the dealer in Illinois at 6 pm on the first day it was available. By 9:00am the next morning it was being unloaded at my front door in Okc. The driver was very friendly. I originally messed up the Availability Date on my order. When I called Customer Service at direct express they cheerfully and quickly located and updated my order.
