Within 24 hours the car was assigned and pickup was arranged. We were able to meet at a convenient location due to our small residential streets. The transport driver was timely and alerted me of his planned arrival time. The transport was equally smooth on the other end. The vehicle arrived a day early. Very satisfied customer.

Happy with the service Just won a car at Copart in North Carolina and needed to have the car picked ASAP as not to be charged parking fees. The transport was reasonably priced and vehicle picked up was quick as advertised. They never share your information nor do they bombarded you with calls or emails. Quick & Reliable Had to get my daughter's car home from Florida where she was attending school quickly due to the Covid-19 virus. Called Direct Express on Wednesday 3/25 and her car was picked up on 3/28 and deliver safe and sound to us here in RI on 3/31.
