Expectations Exceeded I recently tried Direct Express Auto Transport for the first time when shipping a vehicle from Texas to California. By far this was the easiest and most seamless shipping experience I have had to date. The entire process was handled online and via email, led by rep Jessie. All went incredibly smooth. Great car shipping experience! This is the second time I have used Direct Express Auto Transport to ship my car across the country, and I have been impressed both times. They assigned my car to a driver very promptly both times and delivered my car sooner than the estimated time! My partner has had trouble shipping his car with other companies in the past, but I have had nothing but a positive experience with this company. I will be using them again soon!

Quick and low priced This company was hundred cheaper than the other leading companies. We got our car quickly and it came cross country. I was skeptical at first since the drivers aren’t really “through the company” but our driver was awesome and kept in regular contact. Our car was assigned a transport truck within 24 hours and the car came over 2,000 miles in less than 3 days. I had a few questions and customer support was friendly and able to quickly answer them. I’d highly recommend and will use this company if I’m ever shipping another vehicle

Happy with the service Just won a car at Copart in North Carolina and needed to have the car picked ASAP as not to be charged parking fees. The transport was reasonably priced and vehicle picked up was quick as advertised. They never share your information nor do they bombarded you with calls or emails. The booking process was easy and straight forward. Highly recommended and look forward to doing business with them again.
