Call was made and answered by real people, the reservation took under 10 min to make over the phone. The car was picked up in 2 days after the reservation booking and delivered to my driveway 2 days later. Super impressed and will happily use them if I need auto transport again in the future! I am a happy man with my new rig!

Great car shipping experience! This is the second time I have used Direct Express Auto Transport to ship my car across the country, and I have been impressed both times. They assigned my car to a driver very promptly both times and delivered my car sooner than the estimated time! Quick & Reliable Had to get my daughter's car home from Florida where she was attending school quickly due to the Covid-19 virus. Called Direct Express on Wednesday 3/25 and her car was picked up on 3/28 and deliver safe and sound to us here in RI on 3/31.
