Great customer service! Very friendly husband/wife operation. They had great customer service both on the phone and in person, actually listened to my problems, gave me options for solving them, and I didn't feel like they were just trying to do "business" and take all of my money. Genuine care went into checking my car over and fixing the issue. Very glad I was referred here I will be back in the future!

Great friendly front staff Great friendly front staff. Fast Service. Full transmission rebuild (not just replace) in 4 days. Vehicle was ready when promised. Work was first class. Undercar inspection revealed everything back to factory standards. Transmission performance is excellent. Only time will tell durability. But with 2 year warranty and current performance not worried about durability. Technician was very knowledgeable about my old 700R4.

When our '07 Toyota Sequoia started… When our '07 Toyota Sequoia started having transmission troubles, we brought it to Cottmans, because of the excellent reviews. Problems were assessed and solved in a timely manner. I checked around for comparison prices on the work needed to be done, and theirs was fair. More importantly the staff, Daniel imparticularly, was very informative and did not make us feel like we were being ripped off. The next time we have transmission troubles, Cottman's will get the call!

Satisfied I did have to return to have a fluid leak fixed. City man made the repair in a timely manner. I would recommend them to others.

Quality They do good work, are honest, and suggest other concerns they find without trying to manipulate or scare customers. Dan and Tony are great guys! Tony is also very careful about whom he employs so the crew is also top-notch. Additionally, these guys do heavy line work. Most farm it out and aren't that good in the first place. This is a one stop shop.
