GBCottoman is a one-stop shop … Cottoman is a one-stop shop with above average customer service and care! Before Cottoman we used to take our vehicles to many different places depending on the issue. Since then we only go to Cottoman! They even stayed open after-hours so they could finish our vehicle and have it back to us Asap!

GBHonest I purchased a groupon for a transmission flush. When I arrived for my 10a appointment, I was informed that they were running behind. Luckily, I scheduled the service right before a trip out of town so we had a rental to ride around and pass the time. By 3p, I still hadn't heard anything so we headed back to the shop and were told that the service was not done because of a bigger transmission issue. I appreciated their honesty. The service was already paid for so they very well could've gone ahead without regard but they didn't. The wait time was ridiculous but I'd wait again for honest service!

GBGreat customer service! Very friendly husband/wife operation. They had great customer service both on the phone and in person, actually listened to my problems, gave me options for solving them, and I didn't feel like they were just trying to do "business" and take all of my money. Genuine care went into checking my car over and fixing the issue. Very glad I was referred here I will be back in the future!

GBQuality They do good work, are honest, and suggest other concerns they find without trying to manipulate or scare customers. Dan and Tony are great guys! Tony is also very careful about whom he employs so the crew is also top-notch. Additionally, these guys do heavy line work. Most farm it out and aren't that good in the first place. This is a one stop shop.

GBService was outstanding Service was outstanding. Follow up has been good. Currently we are on the road, the engine has started the shifting/rev activity again. Right now because we are so far away from Columbia (Harrisonburg VA) we stopped at the local AAMCO who seems to have further identified another issue. Probably not foreseen by the Cottman group. The team in Columbia did their best to get us in a service center near by, however we were still an hour and a half away from the one Cottman reserved when the check engine light came on again.
