GBHonest I purchased a groupon for a transmission flush. When I arrived for my 10a appointment, I was informed that they were running behind. Luckily, I scheduled the service right before a trip out of town so we had a rental to ride around and pass the time. By 3p, I still hadn't heard anything so we headed back to the shop and were told that the service was not done because of a bigger transmission issue. I appreciated their honesty. The service was already paid for so they very well could've gone ahead without regard but they didn't. The wait time was ridiculous but I'd wait again for honest service!

GBMy experience using Cottman. Cottman vehicle service center were very detailed in checking my Jeep for preventive issues. I was well pleased with the service and discounts applied to my vehicle. I will use them again without hesitation

GBWhen our '07 Toyota Sequoia started… When our '07 Toyota Sequoia started having transmission troubles, we brought it to Cottmans, because of the excellent reviews. Problems were assessed and solved in a timely manner. I checked around for comparison prices on the work needed to be done, and theirs was fair. More importantly the staff, Daniel imparticularly, was very informative and did not make us feel like we were being ripped off. The next time we have transmission troubles, Cottman's will get the call!

GBCottoman is a one-stop shop … Cottoman is a one-stop shop with above average customer service and care! Before Cottoman we used to take our vehicles to many different places depending on the issue. Since then we only go to Cottoman! They even stayed open after-hours so they could finish our vehicle and have it back to us Asap!

GB2005 Acura TL Cottman Transmissions made our auto experience an outstanding experience during a bad time. They provided a tow truck for free to their establishment. Everything they said they did. Their customer service is beyond reproach. They are customer oriented and takes very good care of their customers. I would and will tell all my friends and family about Cottman. Outstanding work!
