Multiple clutches and FINALLY it got fixed! Had trouble with my car getting into & out of gear. Took it to a competitor of Cottman who put in a new clutch: problem resolved BUT the clutch pedal chattered/vibrated to an annoying level. That business replaced the clutch and the pedal still chattered/vibrated. Got my money back (good people though and they admitted they had no idea what caused the pedal to chatter). Took the car to Cottman, described the history and issues. They replaced the clutch and WHA-LA........all problems resolved: clutch shifts perfectly and NO CHATTERING/VIBRATION on the clutch pedal......all within a couple of hours I understand from talking with both businesses that this does happen from time to time but I am glad that Cottman was able to resolve all of the problems I had with my clutch. Great people, and......they are honest. You can't beat that! I HIGHLY recommend Cottman. Free estimates too!

When I first took my car to get a … When I first took my car to get a diagnoses on my engine I was told it was just a misfire in my engine which was a simple fix. I love and enjoy the service I was provided. So I went back to fix my drive side window which was stuck and stop working.I went ahead and got it fixed but was disappointed with this service because they did not specialized in windows and they took forever to figure out the issue.After doing my research and talked to other mechanic about fixing my window I was told $700 was too much to fix a car window because the parts was not as expensive has they charged. I paid two separate labor fee to work on the window and was told "You'll was doing me a favor" by not charging to program the window and pulling the door panel down to fix the window. I was under the assumption that by paying the labor to fix an issue everything that comes with getting the window to work should be included. I gave a 3 star because I felt like I was over charged.

Transmission work on my '47 They did some transmission work on my 1947 Dodge truck. They came highly recommended and now I know why. I was very happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone.
