When I first took my car to get a … When I first took my car to get a diagnoses on my engine I was told it was just a misfire in my engine which was a simple fix. I love and enjoy the service I was provided. So I went back to fix my drive side window which was stuck and stop working.I went ahead and got it fixed but was disappointed with this service because they did not specialized in windows and they took forever to figure out the issue.After doing my research and talked to other mechanic about fixing my window I was told $700 was too much to fix a car window because the parts was not as expensive has they charged. I paid two separate labor fee to work on the window and was told "You'll was doing me a favor" by not charging to program the window and pulling the door panel down to fix the window. I was under the assumption that by paying the labor to fix an issue everything that comes with getting the window to work should be included. I gave a 3 star because I felt like I was over charged.

I will say they need a new lady answering the phone/front desk. Think her name is Catherine, carol whatever! She's nasty & gets smart over the phone. After worrying about how much and how… After worrying about how much and how long I it would take someone to repair my transmission. I shopped around and got a few quotes from shops over the phone and in person. I have always been skeptical about where I take my vehicle. Due to their not being many honest auto repair shops. That will actually be honest with you and tell you what’s actually wrong with tour car most shops try to upsell you and suggest many other things rather then what you bring it in for My transmission was not shifting properly and making a. Ticking sound. Long story short I dropped my vehicle to get diagnosed one afternoon. Close to their closing time. Customer service was amazing they informed me that they will handle in the morning. I was thinking this would take weeks and cost a mortgage payment. But I actually received a call mid day. Explaining they may have had the fix. And at a reasonable cost. Before the end of the day my vehicle was fixed. Not only was it fixed. They fixed the actual problem and I did not have to buy or rebuild my whole transmission. Most places would just rebuild or recommend a new These guys are awesome. Amazing and honest. And I will be bringing my vehicle there from now on.
