GBAfter worrying about how much and how… After worrying about how much and how long I it would take someone to repair my transmission. I shopped around and got a few quotes from shops over the phone and in person. I have always been skeptical about where I take my vehicle. Due to their not being many honest auto repair shops. That will actually be honest with you and tell you what’s actually wrong with tour car most shops try to upsell you and suggest many other things rather then what you bring it in for My transmission was not shifting properly and making a. Ticking sound. Long story short I dropped my vehicle to get diagnosed one afternoon. Close to their closing time. Customer service was amazing they informed me that they will handle in the morning. I was thinking this would take weeks and cost a mortgage payment. But I actually received a call mid day. Explaining they may have had the fix. And at a reasonable cost. Before the end of the day my vehicle was fixed. Not only was it fixed. They fixed the actual problem and I did not have to buy or rebuild my whole transmission. Most places would just rebuild or recommend a new These guys are awesome. Amazing and honest. And I will be bringing my vehicle there from now on.

GBCar was not fixed properly Car was not fixed properly. Shortly after leaving it began leaking fuel. Quality Assurance was not complete. We notified Station / owner the night prior we were returning vehicle, spoke to him personally on phone. Returned vehicle the next day at opening. Some hours later when we called to check on progress we were notified that they were happy we called as they didn’t know why car was back. This was about 3.5 hours into work day. I feel that we should have went to the head of the line since we were a redo and certainly not have had to follow up on our own. If we hadn’t we would’ve more than likely had to wait another day as the car wouldn’t have been worked on. Finally was offered nothing for the inconvenience. I don’t ask in these situations I wait to see if something is offered eg a future oil change etc. In retrospect, if my wife hadn’t filled up the car immediately following with fuel the problem may not have been evident for some time. Was lucky we found out immediately. This was fuel related too so driving the car was not an option in my book. Happy to talk but would not recommend Cottman at this point Not due to error and QA more to lack of proactive it’s the day following for a “redo.” Joe Finn 757 708 6904
