GBCar was not fixed properly Car was not fixed properly. Shortly after leaving it began leaking fuel. Quality Assurance was not complete. We notified Station / owner the night prior we were returning vehicle, spoke to him personally on phone. Returned vehicle the next day at opening. Some hours later when we called to check on progress we were notified that they were happy we called as they didn’t know why car was back. This was about 3.5 hours into work day. I feel that we should have went to the head of the line since we were a redo and certainly not have had to follow up on our own. If we hadn’t we would’ve more than likely had to wait another day as the car wouldn’t have been worked on. Finally was offered nothing for the inconvenience. I don’t ask in these situations I wait to see if something is offered eg a future oil change etc. In retrospect, if my wife hadn’t filled up the car immediately following with fuel the problem may not have been evident for some time. Was lucky we found out immediately. This was fuel related too so driving the car was not an option in my book. Happy to talk but would not recommend Cottman at this point Not due to error and QA more to lack of proactive it’s the day following for a “redo.” Joe Finn 757 708 6904

GBI live in Northern Va and they were… I live in Northern Va and they were recommended to me by a local business after my transmission failed on a trip to Va Beach. They gave me an excellent price, did a few extras why they had my car and were more than helpful with any concerns I had. Bob and Cindy knew I was in a tight spot and came through for me big time. Wish they were closer. I would use them for any car care needs I may have!

GBThe guy who works on the cars is … The guy who works on the cars is great!! & very nice. They did run me around a little but nothing to the extreme. I will say they need a new lady answering the phone/front desk. Think her name is Catherine, carol whatever! She's nasty & gets smart over the phone. If I wasn't in a rush to get my car I would've laid her a** df out👊🏾👊🏾

GBWhen I first took my car to get a … When I first took my car to get a diagnoses on my engine I was told it was just a misfire in my engine which was a simple fix. I love and enjoy the service I was provided. So I went back to fix my drive side window which was stuck and stop working.I went ahead and got it fixed but was disappointed with this service because they did not specialized in windows and they took forever to figure out the issue.After doing my research and talked to other mechanic about fixing my window I was told $700 was too much to fix a car window because the parts was not as expensive has they charged. I paid two separate labor fee to work on the window and was told "You'll was doing me a favor" by not charging to program the window and pulling the door panel down to fix the window. I was under the assumption that by paying the labor to fix an issue everything that comes with getting the window to work should be included. I gave a 3 star because I felt like I was over charged.
