GBTrust built on experience I ride a Can Am Spyder RT Limited, have had no accidents or claims filed, but feel confident that I would receive excellent service. My opinion and trust in Rider Insurance Co. is based on very fine treatment many years ago when my 2-wheel touring bike slipped on gravel in a very twisty curve on a rural country road and went off the mountainside. Fortunately I bailed at the top and was not injured, but bike was totaled and fully covered and replaced by Rider Insurance with no increase in annual premiums!

GBI've been in two (2) accidents I've been in two (2) accidents. On the first I was rear ended and Rider worked with the other drivers insurance to ensure my bike was returned to it's original condition. Second, a dog ran into my front wheel and while I was laid up in the hospital and at home they handled everything including a solid settlement that covered all my accessories.

GBThe Understand Bikers! This is a highly organized firm offering very competitive rates and a very easy web system for interacting with the the company. I feel like I am dealing with people who ride motorcycles themselves and understand riders. Fortunately, I have never had to call on them to service a claim!! That is where the "rubber meets the road." I hope I never have to, either.

GBBecause There Just Isn't a Better Motorcycle Ins. Co. Out There Been insuring through Rider since the days when you would go to Mr. Bleiwise's house on Green Lane and sit on his couch in the living room while he determined and explained the insurance needed. He would go to another room and print out the insurance card. Give him a check, a little chit chat and away you went. Continued when the company moved to Morris Avenue in Union and still with Rider in Springfield. How do you keep customers coming back since 1974? Great customer service and products. There have been times when my motorcycle policy renewal slips my mind but someone at Rider would call and remind me and I could take care of everything over the phone. Now I get reminders in e-mail. I recommend Rider to all new riders because there just aren't any better deals out there. Keep up the great work.
