Same Insurance For A New Bike. When I bought my new Harley Davidson Heritage Softail Classic I had problem transferring the insurance from my old Softail Classic to my new bike. All over the phone while at the dealership. I left with proof of insurance and a new bike. The customer service is the best I've every had from an insurance company. The Understand Bikers! This is a highly organized firm offering very competitive rates and a very easy web system for interacting with the the company.
