They were MUCH cheaper than anybody … They were MUCH cheaper than anybody else I called for quotes. Knock on wood I've never had to file a claim, and I pray I never do, so I can't say anything on how they are to with as far as claims go. The only reason I'm taking a star away is that last year they reclassified my Yamaha FZ-08 as a sport bike which raised my premiums about 25%. The few times I've had to call and talk to a person I got through quick and easy and they were very friendly to deal with. Overall they seem to be a great company other than them reclassifying my bike and upping the rates.

No hassle insurance - great value I like Rider insurance. They came through quickly when I had an accident. Fair and knowledgeable peoole. My adjustor was very thorough and knew bikes inside and out. She was extremely helpful. I recommend them highly!

The gentlemen was both patient and thorough with the information shared. She had a bad experience years ago when another representative was not very polite and didn't want to share any information on payments with her! I've been in two (2) accidents I've been in two (2) accidents. On the first I was rear ended and Rider worked with the other drivers insurance to ensure my bike was returned to it's original condition. Second, a dog ran into my front wheel and while I was laid up in the hospital and at home they handled everything including a solid settlement that covered all my accessories.

Trust built on experience I ride a Can Am Spyder RT Limited, have had no accidents or claims filed, but feel confident that I would receive excellent service. My opinion and trust in Rider Insurance Co. is based on very fine treatment many years ago when my 2-wheel touring bike slipped on gravel in a very twisty curve on a rural country road and went off the mountainside. Fortunately I bailed at the top and was not injured, but bike was totaled and fully covered and replaced by Rider Insurance with no increase in annual premiums!
