GBHope this helps others… My last experience dates back to December 2023 when more money was taken from my account even though I'd given Pawtrack three months notice to end the contract. The only way you can stop money being taken is to contact you bank's Dispute Dept and get them to Blacklist the company on your account. It helps if you've kept a copy of the email giving them notice and you can let the bank have that. At the very least you should go through the giving of notice process so you are armed with that for the next time money is taken and there will be a next time unless your card Expires naturally. My bank actually got my money back just before Christmas. I hope this review helps others.

GBRefused cancellation despite cat dying Despite telling them that my cat got hit by a car and died, they ignored the request for cancellation and renewed 11 months later without warning. When I approached them about this they played the ignorant card and demanded to see the email trail proof. Once i sent that, they went silent and I now having to go through trading standards and my back to get a refund. This company hate animals and customers.

GBThe tracker is fast charging accurate… The tracker is fast charging accurate lightweight. So much better than previous tracker brands and reasonably priced

GBWhere is the company now? The app has stopped working and I had paid for a subscription. The website doesn’t work and I see the company has been issued a Gazette first notice for compulsory strike off

GBDifficult to cancel membership Helpful to use this tracker. Customer service reps were responsive, nice, and professional when I needed help replacing a lost item and getting new batteries. However, they have not responded to 1 single request to cancel my membership. I have reached out over 4 times in 3 weeks. This membership auto renewed, and a customer service rep will not respond to my request for help to cancel.
